Day 1: Hanoi – Tuan Chau – Lan Ha Bay – Ao Ech Area

Start your journey with a welcome reception at Indochina Sails Lounge at Tuan Chau Marina. Board the Indochine Grand Cruise and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink as the ship sets sail into the tranquil waters of Lan Ha Bay.

After a delicious lunch, the cruise anchors near the Ao Ech area, a serene bay famous for its emerald waters and towering limestone formations. Guests may kayak or swim to explore the area’s peaceful ambiance.

Return to the cruise in the late afternoon to relax on the sundeck during sunset Happy Hour, or enjoy a traditional Vietnamese cooking class.

A fine à la carte dinner awaits in the main restaurant, followed by optional evening activities such as squid fishing, movie time, or drinks at the bar.

After breakfast, transfer to a day boat and cruise deeper into Lan Ha Bay. Visit the remote Viet Hai Village nestled inside Cat Ba National Park. You can cycle or take an electric car through lush forest trails to reach the village, where you’ll witness traditional life and meet local families.

Later, enjoy kayaking or swimming at Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches) Beach, a peaceful spot famous for its pristine sand and shallow turquoise waters.

Return to Indochine Grand Cruise in the afternoon. Unwind at the bar, indulge in a spa treatment, or join the sunset Happy Hour.

Enjoy a freshly prepared dinner in the restaurant, followed by leisure time on board.
